GlycoProduction will reserve the copyright of the commissioned work.

GlycoProduction and the artists involved in the creation of the commissioned work will reserve the right to showcase the commissioned work and its workflow for promotional and portfolio purposes.

If additional materials provided by the Client are required to complete the commissioned work, the copyright and other rights of the materials belong to the original owner. The Client must ensure that they have the right or licence to use all the materials they provide. The provided material must be free from dispute.

GlycoProduction grants the Client an exclusive, permanent, and nontransferable license for using the commissioned work for commercial purposes. However, GlycoProduction reserves the right to withdraw the license if the Client fails to comply with the Usage Policy.

The Client shall give appropriate credit (GlycoProduction) when using the commission work. The credit information must be put in a permanent place in a human-readable form.

The Client is allowed to create, re-sell, or distribute the value-added or derivative digital or physical end products made with the commissioned work.

The Client is not allowed to re-sell or re-distribute the asset “as-is” without any value-added activities.

The commission work cannot be used in any activities involving non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI).

When GlycoProduction and the artists involved in the creation of the commissioned work showcase the commissioned work publicly, appropriate credit will be given to the Client and other copyright owners. Reasonable measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized parties from using the commissioned work.

The commission fee must be paid in full upfront. No partial payment or payment plans are accepted.

The payment is not refundable unless GlycoProduction is unable to complete or deliver the commissioned work.

There will be multiple stages where the Client can check the progress of the commissioned work and send revision requests. Depending on the project type, the number of stages can be different.

Unless otherwise noted, only one revision is allowed for each stage. In case additional revisions are required, an additional fee starting at 5% of the commission fee is required.

Once the stage is confirmed, any revision to the confirmed stage is not possible. In case revisions must be made to the, an additional fee starting at 8% of the commission fee is required.

Any revision request must be sent to GlycoProduction within 5 business days after the completion of each stage. Otherwise, GlycoProduction will move on to the next stage without the Client’s confirmation.

GlycoProduction will deliver the project deliverables by the guaranteed delivery date. The project delivery will be shared with the Client via Google Drive or other third-party platforms.

GlycoProduction will not provide any source files or intermediate files other than the project deliverables.

It is the Client’s responsibility to make sure that they have the required hardware and software to view, run, or use the project deliverables.

It is the Client’s responsibility to keep the deliverables secure and to make necessary backups. GlycoProduction does not provide data storage or recovery services.

The two parties shall keep all personal or project-related information confidential. This includes but is not limited to contact information, account names, and the amount of commission fee.
